At Napalm Balms, we want your order to arrive fast and in perfect condition. We ship from Boca Raton, Florida using live carrier rates powered by Easyship. Every order is carefully packed to protect your balm during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We use real-time carrier rates — no markup, no estimates. At checkout, you will see the exact cost from each carrier for your specific address and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your account dashboard under My Orders.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations via DHL. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for UPS or FedEx orders. USPS Priority Mail can be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@napalmbalms.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, reship your order at no charge.
