Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition — unused and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products unless the item is defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@napalmbalms.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately. Please include a photo of the issue in your email so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
