Common Questions

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. You also earn bonus points for writing product reviews (+10 pts), referring friends (+25 pts when they make their first purchase), and during your birthday month (+15 pts).
Points can be redeemed directly on the cart page — just look for the "Your Rewards Points" section when you're logged in. Every 100 points = $5 off your order. You can also redeem from your account's Loyalty & Points page.
Tiers are based on your total lifetime points earned. Once you cross a threshold (500 for Silver, 2,000 for Gold, 5,000 for Elite), your tier upgrades automatically and you immediately gain access to that tier's perks.
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. An account is considered active if you've made at least one purchase or logged in within the past 24 months.
No — points are tied to your account. If you check out as a guest, you won't earn points for that order. However, you can create an account immediately after placing your order and we'll credit your points retroactively.
During your birthday month, you receive a bonus points drop and a birthday discount on your next order. The discount percentage increases with your tier — 5% for Bronze up to 20% for Elite. Make sure your birthday is saved in your profile settings.
